Through New Jersey’s Section 1115 Medicaid demonstration waiver, the program provides community-based support services that assist individuals with housing tenancy assistance, moving, home repairs, and modifications to promote health and safety. Administered by the Division of Medical Assistance and Human Services (DMAHS), this program acknowledges that housing is a critical component of overall health and well-being, while also offering respite care services to ensure comprehensive support.
